Bob's Apricot or Peach Chicken Breasts in the Slow Cooker |

For that quick to
fix good tasting meal, try Bodfish Bob's 15 Minute
Chili.
Ingredients:
4-5 chicken breasts (no skin) 1 medium onion chopped
1 jar peach preserves or apricot preserves (not
large jar)
2 cups smoked barbeque sauce
1 tbs. soy sauce
Preparation:
Place chicken in Crock Pot.
Mix all other ingredients together and pour over
chicken.
Cook on low for 8-10 hrs or on high for about 4 to 5
lies.
Do not lift lid to chuck while cooking.
Serve over rice for a great meal or with mashed
potatoes and salad.
