Bodfish Bob's Barbecue Beef Sandwiches |

Ingredients:
3 lbs beef chuck roast
1 tsp. Garlic powder
1 tsp. Onion powder
Salt & Pepper
1 (18 oz) bottle barbecue sauce
Preparation:
Season roast with 'garlic powder, onion powder,
salt, and pepper and then place in crock pot.
Pour barbecue sauce over meat.
Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
Remove meat from crock pot, shred, and return to
crock pot.
Cook for 1 more hour.
Serve over toasted sub rolls or hamburger buns.
