Pork Chops and Sauerkraut |

Bodfish Bob's Dutch
Oven Delight. This is great for your summer
cookouts.
Ingredients:
4-6 pork chops
2 large cans of sauerkraut
1 large onion, chopped fine
1 tablespoon oil
2 tablespoons brown sugar
Preparation:
Brown pork chops with oil in a large Dutch oven, add
sauerkraut, brown sugar, and onion.
Cover and cook on medium
Heat 3-4 hours.
